Each individual may hold only one active helpslot account. Operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using another person's account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use helpslot. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Any winnings obtained by a player found to be under 18 will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.
All games available on helpslot are sourced from certified providers whose RNG systems are independently audited. helpslot does not manipulate game outcomes. Certified fair play is a non-negotiable standard on this platform.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Pending bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed. Processing times are clearly stated in the cashier section.

Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these definitions is essential for a clear understanding of your rights and obligations as a user of helpslot.

Clause 2
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing helpslot in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has been opened.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and helpslot with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, bonus terms, or game-specific conditions published on helpslot, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement.
helpslot reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by email or via an on-site notice. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date shown at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms are written in English. In the event that any translation is provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of discrepancy or conflict. All communications between Players and helpslot shall also be conducted in English unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clause 3
Age Restriction & Eligibility
To be eligible to register and use helpslot, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
- You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of helpslot or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
- You have not previously been excluded from helpslot or any related platform through a self-exclusion process that remains in effect.
- You are not located in a Prohibited Territory at the time of accessing or using the Platform.
helpslot reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address from any Player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence for identity verification, and a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document (issued within the last three months) for address verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our request may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.
Any Player found — at any time — to have been under the age of 18 at the time of registering or using the Platform will have their account permanently closed, all deposits refunded where practicable, and all winnings forfeited without exception. helpslot reserves the right to report such instances to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
Clause 4
Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of Services on helpslot, you must complete the registration process and open a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a mobile number capable of receiving OTP (one-time password) verification codes. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. You may update your account details by contacting the support team at support@helpslot.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. If we detect that a Player holds more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and retain any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money deposits will be returned in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. helpslot will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or any other channel. You must:
- Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
- Never share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
- Notify helpslot immediately at support@helpslot if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
helpslot implements two-step OTP verification on login as a standard security measure. We strongly recommend that all Players keep their registered mobile number current and accessible at all times, as OTP delivery is dependent on network availability through your Bangladeshi mobile carrier (Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk). helpslot accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain account security or from the unauthorised use of an account where the Player has not promptly notified us of the compromise.
Clause 5
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
helpslot operates a BDT-denominated cashier and supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure that Bangladeshi players can transact quickly and conveniently. All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through payment channels registered to or verifiably associated with the account holder. Third-party deposits — where funds are received from a payment account that does not belong to the registered Player — are not permitted and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
The following payment methods are currently supported on helpslot:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay
- Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard and are subject to change. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating a transaction.
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the sending institution. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one to four hours for bKash and Nagad under normal conditions, and within one to three business days for bank transfers. helpslot does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which helpslot bears no responsibility.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks. helpslot reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed while any active pending bonus wagering requirement remains on the account unless the Player elects to forfeit all remaining bonus funds before requesting the withdrawal.
helpslot is not a banking institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Funds held in your account are used solely to facilitate gaming activity on the Platform. Players should not treat their helpslot balance as a savings or investment vehicle.
Clause 6
Bonus & Promotional Terms
helpslot offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to these general Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion at the time of offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Bonus Terms.
The following general conditions apply to all bonuses on helpslot unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to Players who have completed identity verification and who are in good standing with their account.
- Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance.
- The standard wagering requirement on helpslot bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states a different multiplier. This means a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
- Wagering contributions vary by game category. Slots and crash games typically contribute 100% to the wagering requirement. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Certain game categories may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are published on the promotion detail page.
- Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus credit). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
- helpslot reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus amounts, or adjust wagering requirements for future promotions at any time and without prior notice. Active bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's account will not be altered mid-promotion.
- Any suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any systematic approach designed to extract value from promotions without genuine recreational play intent — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
Clause 7
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using helpslot, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, fair, and respectful of the Platform and other users at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on helpslot. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Fraudulent activity: Providing false registration information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or submitting fraudulent identity documents.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform in any way that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under applicable Bangladeshi law or international financial crime regulations.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip-dumping in poker-format games or coordinating bets in live casino games.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human agent to place bets or interact with the Platform on your behalf.
- Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to generate winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a verifiable system error are void and will be reversed.
- Intellectual property infringement: Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any content, software, or material owned by or licensed to helpslot without prior written consent.
- Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward helpslot staff or other Platform users through any channel.
- Accessing restricted territories: Accessing or using helpslot from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited, including through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other means of obscuring your true location.
helpslot employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. We reserve the right to void bets, reverse transactions, and withhold funds pending investigation whenever there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these obligations. Our determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding in all operational matters, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described below.
Clause 8
Account Suspension & Closure
Players may close their helpslot account at any time by submitting a written closure request to support@helpslot. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, we will process the closure promptly. Any available real-money balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, provided that all identity verification requirements have been satisfied and no active investigations or disputes are pending. Bonus funds remaining at the time of a voluntary closure are forfeited.
helpslot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary rules published on the Platform.
- Failure to complete satisfactory identity or payment verification within the requested timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- A self-exclusion request submitted by the Player or through a responsible gaming pathway.
- Discovery that the Player was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any point during their use of the Platform.
- A requirement under applicable law, regulatory guidance, or a court order.
- Cessation of helpslot operations in the relevant market.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player will be notified by email and given a reasonable opportunity to respond. Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be retained by helpslot to offset demonstrated losses caused by the Player's conduct, with any remainder returned after the investigation is concluded.
Players who feel their account has been closed in error may raise a formal dispute by contacting support@helpslot with a written explanation and any supporting evidence. helpslot will review all submitted disputes in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the account closure notification. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. helpslot operates on the basis of providing a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh.
